Refund Policy

REFUND PROCESS AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Customer needs to submit the application for return goods with reason.
  2. They should also mention the required bank detail on which the refund amount will be transferred.
  3. Need self-attested PAN Card copy, ID Proof for Authentication.
  4. Refund will be transferred in given bank detail within 30 working days after verification process is complete.

REFUND POLICY OF THE GOODS

  1. : That the consumer shall have two opportunities as follows—
    • To exchange/return the goods if he find any manufacturing defect or the goods purchased is not useful for the purpose it was meant, within 7 days from the date of purchases, provided any seal/protection on the goods is kept unbroken.
    • To receive full refund of the price of any goods returned by consumer on the ground of any defect or inferior quality as against the information given by it regarding such goods, within 7 days of the purchases, provided any seal/protection on the goods is kept unbroken
  2. : That for the above process consumer shall produce the original bill and/or delivery challan and ID, ADDRESS Proof to the company with the goods.
